On April 1, a 12-counts indictment was emitted against Davit Avalyan, Hrant Gevorgyan, Hayk Grigoryan, (a.k.a. “Hayk Greg”) and Gurgen Nersesyan (a.k.a. “Guro Tiko”), after their arrest by the Joint Criminal Opioid Darknet Enforcement (JCODE), for the alleged crimes of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA (Ecstasy). In addition to the previos ones, Avalyan got extra counts for distribution of cocaine, MDMA and methamphetamine. Grigoryan was also indicted with a charge of possession with intent to distribute meth. And to finish the indictments list, Nersesyan is charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and one count of possession with intent to distribute MDMA.

 

The narrative of the indictments establishes that, in the lapse of time comprehended between September 2018 and February 2025, the accused operated under the aliases "JoyInc", "LaFarmacia", "WhiteDoc", "JanesAddiction", "DaShop", "WhiteRepublic", "Tomorowland", "PlanetHollywood", "DopeValley", and "Major2Minor" in approximately 17 different darknet markets selling the aforementioned substances and making use of the United States Postal Service to ship them to their customers, in parcels, to post offices and mailboxes in Los Angeles County and elsewhere.
